We’re happy to offer porch pickups for local orders.
How Porch Pickup Works
Select Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order has been prepared, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.
Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.
Pickup Timing
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Orders should be picked up within the day you receive pickup notification. If you need a little more time, just let us know.
Picking Up Your Order
Your order will be packaged and placed in the blue mailbox on our front porch. Please make sure you take the package labeled with your name.
For the privacy and security of our clients, please do not enter the studio unless you have a scheduled appointment.
Once Your Order Is Picked Up
Orders are considered received once they have been removed from the designated pickup area. The Northstar Edit is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after pickup.
If someone else will be picking up your order for you, please make sure they have your name and order information.
